After visiting Steamboat Springs for the first time last year of 2015-2016, I can see why most fall in love with this beautiful ski town and continue to make this their long term winter destination. - The Local Culture & Dining – You can find anything you need within Steamboat’s 3 main roads spreading a distance of 7 miles long. Steamboat Springs’ Old Town area is unlike any other resort in Colorado; it is traditional with a modern twist. With Steamboat’s variety of dining options, you can find a taste for all your family & friends including seafood, Thai, BBQ, Mediterranean, and Japanese sushi. To top with a cherry on top is Free public transportation from the ski resort to the downtown roads. How convenient can you get!
- Natural Hot Springs – If you thought Jacuzzis’ were relaxing, imagine floating in natural hot springs surrounded by trees in powdered snow, stars above, and if you’re lucky baby deer roaming around in the wilderness (yes that happened on my first visit!). Steamboat Springs has two options for Hot Springs; Strawberry Park Hot Springs & Old Town Hot Springs.
